The flat was spotless when we arrived, there were complimentary snacks and water. The outside garden area was beautiful and private. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. Colette was a wonderful host and she even offered to drive us to the York town centre. Overall, what a wonderful place to spend our anniversary. Thank you Colette!!

Loved the garden with all of the lights and hot tub. Apartment was immaculately clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The host was exceptionally helpful and even gave us a lift into town. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in the local area as well as being within easy reach of central York.

Beautifully decorated, lovely hot tub, comfy bed. Collette couldn't do enough for us, took us into town twice gave us advice when to get taxis, eat and had us laughing loads but still gave us privacy. We can't wait to come back. Thank you collette x love Becci and Andy x

Everything, absolutely fantastic facilities, didn’t want for anything at all. All was already there and waiting…. Even snacks !! Colette was the best host ever , we would like to say we found a friend in York. She’s such a nice woman. Will 1000% be going again.
