Beautifully presented, immaculately clean, cosy, well equipped, in a peaceful location but well placed for York and the surrounding countryside. The welcome goodies were a lovely touch too😍

It’s a lovely cozy place to stay. Would recommend it to anyone staying in York. The location is quiet and secure behind electric gates. Child friendly with a lovely garden and play area for kids to play on. Nice vegetable and flower garden too to explore and they even gave us eggs in the cottage from the chickens in the garden ! Brilliant place.
