Beautifully modern decor with absolutely everything you need for a home from home stay. Gorgeous outside area with summerhouse & choice of 3 seated areas- such a pity that the weather wasn’t good enough for us to use( it was December!!) loved the utility !

It was just right for us, 8min walk to all the good stuff in York. The little bag of tea and biscuits was lovely as was the bread and prosecco thankyou stays york and 17 trinity lane.

The property was well very equipped, tastefully and beautifully presented and exceptionally clean! Lovely outdoor space. Clear guides and parking was great! Very central location. We met housekeeping just as we left and they were lovely too!
