The location is great for families, close to both subway/JR and New Portm. The staff seemed nice and we didn't experience anything bad with them.

The staff was the star of the place. Both the 2 male staff on duty when we checked in at night and the 2 female staff on duty the next morning were excellent - very friendly, helpful and patient. The room was big enough for Japanese standard. The provision of in-room universal travel adaptors was a very pleasant surprise. Very clean and quiet. Great location.
