A pleasant and memorable stay at Jambuluwuk! Overall, our stay was great. We encountered a minor drainage issue on the first day, but it was quickly resolved. Thanks to Fatin for her prompt assistance. A big shoutout to Heru for his warm hospitality that made us feel truly welcome. We also appreciate Hanif for going the extra mile to help with our parcel late at night. Daily housekeeping was excellent, thank you to the team for keeping our room fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent, though we feel the variety could be improved to enhance the overall experience. Looking forward to returning again soon!
