Although I realised from the previous reviews about the high standards of the property, it again exceeded our expectations. There were a lot of positive points for this property. However, I try to mention the most important ones. The first and foremost part of the property is about the hosts, who are so kind, polite, helpful and professional. With each request we had, they tried their best to solve our problem. For example, after check-out, we had to leave our luggage somewhere for a few hours. They kindly accepted our request and provided us with a space in the same building, which was a great help to us. We had a very convenient check-in even though we arrived in Yerevan at midnight. They had thoughtfully placed the apartment key in the key box, and we collected the keys upon our arrival very easily. The owner, unlike other apartment owners, was not strict in such a way that she trusted us to pay our accommodation fee two days after our check-in. Moreover, since we had a problem paying a part of our accommodation fee in advance, she kindly accepted our request to pay it upon our arrival. They also did not take any deposit from us. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped. You will have everything needed during your stay. If anything extra is needed, be assured that they will try their best to fulfil it. It has a big refrigerator and a modern stove. About the location, make sure that you cannot find any other places better than this in Yerevan. It has a great view of Ararat Mountain and Republic Square, which is stunning at night. It is just a few steps far from Republic Square and the most important attractions. A lot of nice restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is located in a very nice and modern building with a 24-hour watchman. It has a very nice balcony, which is great for relaxation and drinking a cup of tea. The bathroom is so clean, and all the equipment is new and modern. To sum up, everything was great.
