Division of the apartment, incl. 2 bathrooms, big livingroom, well equipped kitchen and generally very specious. Easy controllable temperature in the apartment.

First off, the location was great. It is very close to a newly-opened Cafe and owing to its proximity to the center of Yerevan, a lot of the tourist spots are within comfortable walking distance. The apartment is right across the Vernissage, and if you time it just right (opening hours vary, starting from 9 AM to 6 PM with some stalls that close as late as 9 PM), you'll have access to a very wide array of souvenirs for your trip. There are several parks that are nearby and the walk between each is filled with photo-worthy spots - and they are all at most, half an hour away by foot from the place. Supermarkets are near the apartment (about ten minutes away by foot), so getting food at any time in the night (or day) is not a problem. Currency exchange is also very close to the place so that is super convenient (better rates than Airport forex) The place is spacious, and well equipped for a big family, the host can even provide a crib upon request. The host also offers tours across several villages of Armenia, much like the day tours offered by the buses and vans parked in Republic Square. The convenience of pick-up and drop-off at any place is superb as getting a taxi in Yerevan could get tricky - with the taxi drivers being the tricksters. Better stay safe with the host doubling as your tour guide, concierge, and vehicle captain; his driving skills are very well suited to the driving environment in Yerevan. He'll get you there safely - rest assured. The best part about the place is the host - very accommodating, punctual, and honest. I'll definitely recommend Ruben to my friends who will be planning trips to Armenia.
