This apartment is a true gem, located right in the very center of Yerevan. Everything - from cafes and restaurants to major sights - is within a 2-5 minute walk, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The host is a truly wonderful and warm-hearted woman - incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality made us feel completely at home. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained, recently renovated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We had an amazing time in Yerevan and will definitely be coming back - without a doubt, to this exact place. We're not even considering other options!

Spacious apartment in the center of Yerevan (about 10-15 minutes walk to the Republic Square), has an air conditioning, stove, washing machine, and overall everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a supermarket right near the house + several more stores in a short walk distance. The host was very nice and helpful, easy to contact.
