The apartment is very spacious, bright, and cozy — perfect for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent: right in the center of Yerevan, close to everything. It was clean inside and had everything needed for living. The host was responsive and quickly answered all our questions.

I really liked the place very much. Location is perfect. The apartment is very clean, nice, thoughtfuly designed and comfortable. There is everything you need for any length of stay. Well equipped kitchen. Good ventilation and plumbing. Very good and convenient location. Parking is not easy but possible. Comfortable bed. The host is really friendly and helpful, easy to communicate with. Every attraction in the city is in walking distance.We were satisfied․

The apartmant has a central location and is quite big and basic. It has nice beds in my opinion. The host is flexibel with the check in and check out time. All in all it was fine.
