The apartment is exactly as you see it on the pictures - it’s clean, spacious and there’s everything you need to have a pleasant stay. It is also well located - bus stops, grocery stores and pharmacies are nearby. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this accommodation!

We had absolutely lovely stay at Mushegh’s apartment! The flat is very spacious and has everything you need. It is located in the quite neighborhood, in the 5th floor with an elevator. The bus stop is around the corner, you can get to the city center in about 10-20 min, depends on the traffic. The metro station is in 10 min walk, there are several currency exchange points on the way. The grocery store is 5 min away. There are also same restaurants and cafes around. Musheg was very kind and willing to help with anything. My parents arrived very late, and he met them around midnight to give the key. There was no problem with paying the next day after the arrival, because we didn’t have any cash yet. When I was leaving, he and his son helped me to call a taxi. It really felt like home there, we will defiantly choose this place, when we’ll come again ☺️

Great calm location near center and metro station. Large rooms an excellent kitchen equipments! It's nice to watch TV in the evening on a soft cozy sofa ;)
