Lovely place! Not my first time booking this property as I like how spacious and well located it is, it’s right in the city centre. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything one would need, has large kitchen with all the amenities. Warm and cozy. Will absolutely book again on my next trip to Armenia.

I had an amazing stay, by far the best place I have booked through multiple visits in Yerevan, will be staying here again soon! The apartment was super warm and cozy, at first glance I was unsure about the tiled floor in winter, but the floors are heated! It is spotlessly clean, spacious, newly furnished, the bed is very comfy, kitchen is well equipped even for some serious cooking. The location is perfect, right in the city center, making it easy to explore, all the places worth visiting only a few minutes away on foot (plus some great places to eat and supermarkets). The host was very attentive and always ready to help, big thank you for recommending some nice local spots. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yerevan!!
