This is our third time using your hotel. When we checked in on March 31st, there were problems with the window in our room, but the staff quickly moved us to a better room category. Everything else is great as always.

The breakfast was adequate rather than extravagant. Varied food with a large selection of fruits. The hotel is 'funtional' as opposed to being a 'resort'. The location of the hotel cannot be faulted, in the centre of the city and right on the pedestrianised area. While the rooms provide large windows, only the junior suites provide a 180 degree view of the city. Wonderful.

The location of the hotel, the excellent breakfast, the wonderful room. But the staff were the jewel in the crown. They were incredibly well informed, professional but approachable and friendly.
