Nice house, perfect for couples, great view from the terrace, you can have breakfast in the morning and enjoy the view of the city and Mount Ararat

I can only say: I loved this place. It is small but cozy and very well-equipped. The landlady is lovely and even though we didn't share a language (her son speaks fluently English though) we shared a lot of laughs and smiles. The view from the terrace is stunning, and generally I really loved the location. It's a bit outside the center, but still everything can be visited by foot. I will definitely choose the apartment again when coming back to Yerevan. Thanks for your hospitality!
