Quiet location within the easy reach of shops and Victory park. Friendly atmosphere and helpful owner. Fast internet. The room has a table and separate convenient shower.

Fantastic staff: they are ready to accomodate all reasonable wishes, including untypical. A good place to experience the famous Armenian hospitality. Well-equipped site: the people working here know what a traveller may need. Great value for money. Localization: not very central (one bus stop from the Cascade, but from the top part of it), but still convenient.
