Very good location, many restaurants are within walking distance and the area is also pleasant in the evenings. Very well-kept hotel. They also provide ironing facilities and are very helpful with taxis and other needs. Very healthy breakfast, with tasty fruit and choice that changes a little from day to day.

The apartment included a small functional kitchen, a cozy living room, a separate bedroom, and a convenient workspace. I especially appreciated the comfortable, large bed and the variety of pillows provided. The location was excellent, offering great value for money.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to Cascade Complex, amazing cafes and restaurants. Also all the main Yerevan sights are within walkable distance, which suited us well. Their staff are ever so friendly and helpful. The room was just as advertised; clean and spacious, just ideal for our family of four. The bathroom was larger than expected. Everything worked fine and the beds were super comfy, so we all slept really well. I love that they provided bathrobes!

Great hotel in a central location, very clean and pretty decorated. My room was enormously huge and comfortable, quiet during the night. Good shower with very hot water. Tasty breakfast and polite staff.
