Comfortable rooms and good location. Very friendly and hospitable staff and extremely helpful. There is a surprisingly good Thai restaurant at ground level. Complimentary laundry facilities

Very warm and attentive staff. Wholesome breakfast sets included. Free laundry, and heated towel rack. Quiet location around the corner from west street night markets. Didi average 11-20 yuan to most places- ten mile gallery, impression show etc

We stayed in a family room on the 4/F. Nice view. It was very clean and spacious. The beds were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Hot water shower was strong. It has everything we need! The staff were friendly and helpful. We can easily communicate with them on WeChat on our questions. They helped us with arranging late takeaway dinner, packed breakfast as we need to leave early for train. Much appreciate the help during our stay.

Very good location, comfortable room and bed. The staff was great, friendly and communicative. We were a group of 5 adult couples of friends and they provided us with a sightseeing bus transfer from the high-speed train station on day 1, a full day tour on day 2 and transfer to the station on day 3. We were all very appreciative of the staff in general and especially their young female driver!
