The customer service from start to finish is absolutely superb - Saudi welcoming and hospitable. The Communication from the front office team is absolutely superb, and they were able to not only support a last-minute change but also went out of their way to ensure it was put fully right, and I can confirm it was. Thank you.

Everything was good, the receptionist was supportive and thr room quiet. The breakfasts was good. Frankly every visit to yanbu iwill reserve their.

I love the location near the sea; the breakfast is usually great. However, during my recent stay, the restaurant was under renovation, so the breakfast options were limited.
