Traditional Japanese with little western influence. Close proximity to the chair lift. Fabulous food. Friendly staff. Well maintained onsen. Loved everything.

Next to slopes, sun valley lift part of the shiga Kogen resort Largest ski area in nagano without having to take the bus Some decent off piste options Snow some of the best in the world Very good skiing conditions Hotel excellent with tasty breakfast and dinner Different options everyday Staff extremely helpful Onsen excellent Not many people using Onsen
