The staff are super nice, accommodating, friendly and took care of us. They made our stay so memorable. We love the onsen, food was ample, the location was good. Hotel rates are reasonable.

Great beginner slope for learning to ski or snow board. Ski in ski out. Large warm rooms with private bathroom. The onsen was excellent

The staff were extremely friendly. Spoke english well enough. All you need hire of ski/snowboard equipment onsite Dinner was amazing. I didnt think it was included in the price but it was Also wood fired pizza restaurant downstairs
