Amazing price-quality. This is the only hotel we stayed at in Japan so I have no reference with other hotels in this country, but we thought the hotel was amazing for what you were paying. You felt absolutely pampered by the staff, we were picked up at the train station, and taken to see the snow monkeys. We bought the dinner option and it was great. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor onsen, which was also great. My kids absolutely loved it.

They had a free shuttle bus to the snow monkeys and the train station. The outside Onsen was beautiful and quiet when we went.

Staff very welcoming, friendly and accomodating. Private Onsen was great. Huge breakfast selection and nice local restaurants within walking distance.
