The assistance from one of the staff (a young lady wearing glasses) was excellent. We had difficulty understanding the bus timetables and pickup points, and the staff member made multiple phone calls on our behalf to ensure we had the correct bus. View from our room with side window facing Mt Fuji was fantastic.
