I liked the location opposite the lake, but that was also the side of a relatively busy road, so we didn't sit on the balcony. It's a newly refurbished building. The staff were all incredibly welcoming. It was good to have a sauna in the room. The breakfast was quite tasty, but it got a bit too repetitive by the end of our stay.

- Staff were super friendly! - Room was so spacious with inbuilt sauna and private onsen with amazing views! We wish we would've stayed longer and will be back next time we visit Mt Fuji area - We thoroughly enjoyed the set menu for dinner also
