The fine print
Mandatory Christmas Eve Gala Dinner on December 24: US $140 per adult and US $70 per child. Mandatory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on December 31: US $170 per adult and US $85 per child. Exclusive of applicable taxes and service charge. Kids below 6 years free of charge, kids between 6-11.99 years half rate will be applicable. Above rates are per person and subject to 34.34% taxes & 10% service charge.To ensure safety of our guests and team members we do not encourage or provide in-room dinning as the resort is located within the buffer zone of Yala National Park. Please note all meals are provided a la carte, offering diverse range of menus to satisfy your dining experience. Driver accommodations will not be available within the resort premises. However, we can assist in arranging accommodation outside the resort, where the drivers can stay at their own expense.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hilton Yala Resort, a lovely and unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Shashi from Guest Relations, who was incredibly kind and made me feel instantly at home. Her genuine care set the tone for the rest of my stay. A special thanks to Vino, the Front Office Manager, for being so helpful and attentive throughout my visit. At the restaurant, Isuru was outstanding, always attentive, friendly, and full of positive energy. He made every meal even more enjoyable with his excellent service. One of the highlights of my trip was the beach walk guided by Chathura. His knowledge about the local wildlife and environment was impressive, and he explained everything in such a passionate and engaging way. The resort itself is stunning, surrounded by wildlife and natural beauty!! I couldn’t ask for more, thanks for everything.

Everything was excellent, from the facilities to the restaurant. The pool water also seemed to be properly filtered, and none of us—including the children—had any stomach issues. The Ayurvedic spa massage was also excellent. We had a wonderful experience with both the beach walk and the safari tour. We were lucky enough to see elephants, though the leopard didn’t make an appearance. Even so, we truly appreciated how the ranger kept searching deep into the park until the very end. The dishes prepared by the head chef, who kindly came to greet us at our table on the first night, were absolutely delicious! For breakfast, I had GM Sri Lanka every single day. It’s a hotel I would definitely love to visit again. Thank you so much! The clean-up activity in the national park was also a really enjoyable experience.

Everything was perfect! Top notched, stunning modern hotel - super comfortable, clean and spacious rooms! Excellent location close for Yala safari. Excellent amenities and services especially their housekeeping services (who managed to find my lost earring before I left).

The hotel was very well designed and the amenities were excellent. Specific call out to the main restaurant where we had great service from the staff & chef (Jerome) and delicious meals catered to our taste. Being in the forest, it was a lovely experience to walk around the compound and wake up to the sight of animals within the vicinity (e.g. monkeys or squirrels in the morning). Would highly recommend this resort for visitors looking to do a safari at Yala National Park.
