To use the hotel's free shuttle from Anboko Port or Yakushima Airport, please make a reservation at time of booking. The hotel will contact the guests to organise a pick-up time.Meals for guests staying in villas are served at the ayana restaurant, while meals for guests staying at suite rooms are provided at the okas restaurant. If you want to change restaurants, please indicate so in the special requests box at time of booking.Please note that the property only accommodates guests that are 13 years of age and above.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
