Staff were so so lovely!! They upgraded me to a private room for no extra cost and arranged for me to have breakfast made at 5am before I got my train (which was delicious!). Was very clean and comfortable overall :)

The mattress is confortable. The staff is very welcoming. There aren't noises at night. The Air Com is working well.
