Staff are so cooperative from front of house, housekeeping to kitchen. The hotel has been so flexible with me that they allowed me early check-in, lasted check-out and stored my luggage for a few days. This has become my regular Tashkent stay. The spa and jacuzzi and nice perks.

The staff are so hospitable and polite. They always greet with a smile, the young men at reception always stand up to welcome. They also help with taxi bookings on the andrex app to ensure one travelling accurately. Breakfast is ample, bathrooms good size.

A respectable hotel for spending nights during a trip to Tashkent. The biggest advantage was the swimming pool, and the staff were also kind and friendly.
