The property was in a perfect location near the Pier and in walking distance to bars / restaurants and shops. The property was really well presented, the shower was piping hot, the bed comfy and it was really nice to arrive to find tea / coffee / milk supplied. This was a really nice touch. I would definitely stay here again and Andy was a great host, keeping us regularly informed and even organising a car permit for parking.

Seaside Studio was in a great location. Just across the road from Worthing beach and a easy walk into the town. Restaurants and bars nearby and bus stops for local bus to Brighton within a few hundred yards. The studio was a little basic and tired but it was equipped with most things you would need and fine for a short stay. The host was helpful and responded quickly to any questions making it a pleasant stay.

The location close to the sea and town was very convenient. The studio was spacious and bright. Apart from the tv it had all that we needed for our stay.
