The staff and service were superb. Lovely boutique hotel beside the river. We stayed in the adjoining apartment which was provided as a free upgrade. Extremely well furnished, two double bedrooms with one en-suite. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant. The staff could not have been more attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We enjoyed an hour long walk along the Severn to the lock and back. Would definitely recommend to others.

Another lovely stay here.We always stay here when we go to the races. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Cannot beat location. Close to centre and right on the river. Rooms are nice. Staff are lovely. Greeted with a complimentary glass of fizz and a really good choice of breakfast included.

Absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to be upgraded upon arrival and the staff couldn't do more for you. The hotel manager was very accommodating and made the two of us very welcome.
