Firstly the bed is the comfiest bed I’ve slept on in years. You basically don’t need to take anything, all the basic and some not so basic items are supplied. Communication is 10/10.

The bedroom was quiet, and the bed was comfy. I slept really well during my stay. Late checkout was allowed with no extra cost.

Quiet, great location, spacious, friendly and responsive host. Clean with well-equipped kitchen including filter coffee machine, oven, hob, microwave and toaster. The host gave a welcome pack of snacks which was a nice touch. Bottled water also provided. The sofa bed was comfortable. Everything you need really.

Convenient for station and a 20 min walk into city centre. All facilities provided, also stocked with some store cupboard basics and cleaning materials. Host communication was excellent. Nice and cool on a very hot week
