A property in a good location, with parking as a plus, but unfortunately it just wasn’t clean, we have taken multiple pictures of the dirty towels, marks on the bedsheets, floor wasn’t hoovered, the kitchen was grimey- let alone the smelly dirty dish left in the microwave. There was even a dirty used towel obviously missed behind the bedroom door. At one point we couldn’t even open the apartment door as it was stiff and clearly needs some oil. We had to go out and buy our own towels for the stay. Overall just disappointed as the cleaners are there for a reason, and couldn’t even be bothered to get the hoover out. And even more disappointed the fact the ‘landlord’ couldn’t be bothered to help either, after many missed calls, and failing to call back as he said he would do- absolutely nothing was done or said. Wouldn’t waste your time calling the number communicated to ‘help’ customers. Would say it’s NOT worth the price of the stay.
