Absolutely beautiful location looking over the beach. Shame the weather was not as good as hoped for but still managed to get some amazing pictures. Very close to Woollacombe village, well within walking distance. The outside stairs are a bit steep especially when it's wet so care needs to be taken. Phil was an excellent host providing us with lots of information on places to eat and see. A great welcome!

Brilliant location straight onto the beach with lovely views and just a few hundred yards to pubs restaurants mostly all very dog friendly The appartment was very clean and there was plenty of parking. Our host was brilliant and suggested several places to visit and even offered to help unload our car on arrival.

The Apartment had beautiful sea views, was well equipped and very clean. There are steps down to the property from the visitors parking which are ok but would be challenging if you have knee or hip problems. We had a really lovely comfortable stay and the host was very welcoming and ready to help with any needs. There are lovely walks at the top of the private road for dog walking which had gorgeous views. Beds were on the hard side for us but of course all guests opinions on that would be different.
