The fine print
All Group bookings of more than 5 rooms require full pre-payment and are non-refundable. These bookings will require a 10% booking deposit due at the time of reservation via Bank Transfer. Once a reservation is received the hotel will provide the Bank account number. Then the remaining 90% to be paid 30 days prior to arrival via Bank Transfer on the same account number. After this day the reservation will be non-refundable.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
