The hotel was beautifully decorated and finished with lovely touches in terms of artwork on walls, furnishings and even the serving ware and cutlery. All very tasteful and subtle.

The staff on arrival (and by telephone as I had some questions before arriving) were very very welcoming, helpful , smiling and very genuine. Could not have been nicer. The room was really inviting with some nice touches like nice tea and coffee, and cake on arrival. The aircon was very good (it was a hot day!). Bed very comfortable. Lighting good and not overcomplicated!

The pre checkin email. The welcome note and cake in the room. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The amenities in the room were of a very good standard.
