The staff at the end of the phone when my son had problemw with the key, wrong code and then he made a mistake, was really good and patient and someone came out to help. The staff were also flexible in allowing my son get key code (shame it was wrong) when my arrival was severely delayed. The staff were also responsive regarding finding a radiator key to bleed the radiators, it as a really cold night. Then we got the house all warmed up and for the rest of the weekend if was very warm and we enjoyed having a fireplace. Spacious house and well equipped kitchen. My daughter and I had very comfortable beds but (see below) and we enjoyed finding the footpath to walk into Framlingham. Lovely little town.
