Staff were friendly and personable. This was consistent at check in and check out. Breakfast was very well presented, with a great range of food choices and looked appealing. Staff were flexible when we made a request. The service standard went across departments - a customer service culture was evident.

Room had everything you need including fridge and iron. Parking was easy and safe underground for £15 for 24 hours. Friendly welcome. Good air conditioned gym. The breakfast was especially good.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. We requested an early check in and were delighted that this could be accommodated. Our room was perfect and we appreciated the little extra touches - welcome cookies; bottomless cool bottled water etc. Would recommend to others.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable bed what more could you want? Also well Located to eat out in the evening in Woking and handy for the train station
