The fine print
The hotel only accepts pets of breeds/species that are not considered dangerous weighing up to 30 kg. Arrival with a pet must be notified at the time of booking. In the absence of prior notification of arrival with an animal, the hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept it. The stay of a pet is subject to an additional fee of 100 PLN per night.

Friendly, clean and very polite staff 👌. Amazing facilities, pools, saunas and restaurants. 2nd time visiting Crystal and definitely wil be back again.

Everything. From staff to installations and kindness from reception which gave us the opportunity of a later check out. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely would come back

The lobby bar and restaurant: - good but you need to discover dimmer switches! It was way way too bright and killed off all atmosphere. - Food was fantastic. - Piano/ singer was good but way too loud. - food took an hour every thine to come
