The size and layout. It had everything we needed. It is advisable to take towels and tea towel as they aren’t provided.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was good for reaching Butlins and the seaside by car.

The fact that it was far enough away from the town centre but close enough for the beach.The staff were amazing and very helpful if need help or assistance. The arcade attendee was extremely kind and helpful. Food and drinks from on site restaurant was reasonably priced and enjoyable. Lots of entertainment opportunities within the pub especially for little ones.

What you need was close by,was peaceful.. You do hear abit of loud bangs but it's acceptable..as you are right underneath arcade/bar
