Tanya “Beautiful home but needs a little attention (physically & to detail)”

The house was beautiful, but upon closer "inspection," there was quite a bit that needed to be fixed and/or cleaned. 2 of the 3 toilets need to be tended to. ( The handles don't flush for some reason, and we had to take the back of the toilet off to flush them. The main floor powder room & master bathroom.) There was quite a bit of dust in the house. ( along baseboards, light fixtures, pictures, etc) I also dripped some water on the floor, and when I cleaned it up with some paper towel, it was quite dirty just from what I wiped. We didn't spend much time at the house, but regardless, I would expect a little more cleanliness. Also, there should be some attention brought to the electrical box hanging from the wall in the kitchen by the fridge. The freezer in the fridge is loose or broke, so it doesn't open all the way. The glass is broken on the stove top. There is flashing missing on the outside of the house and a few other things we noticed. When we arrived it smelled as though someone had cooked up some kind of European food, it was a strong smell and there were dishes on the counter. For the price, it wasn't horrible but could definitely be a whole lot better.
