This property is not scored correctly. I was extremely happy with the room, house, bed, how clean the room and house / facilities were. This most definitely should be ‘Very Good’ at the least. I was pleasantly surprised when arriving. The staff are absolutely lovely too. Couldn’t ask for nicer, helpful people. Bed was super comfy, the place was spotless and the shower was brilliant. Was made to feel very welcome. Booking.com needs to up the ranking for this property. Definitely recommend!

I booked a few overnight stays here for a fair price whilst working locally. The host seemed welcoming via messages and has taken onboard previous guests feedback to improve the stay (there's now a TV). The room is spacious enough, clean and modern. The shared bathroom is clean also. During the 3 times I've stayed, the house has been quiet and calm. Free overnight parking in the memorial car park is conveniently located nearby.
