The property was in a great location, with private parking. The house was clean, well stocked with the things you need whilst away, utensils etc plus great extras that you don't often get in other lake stays ( smart TV in living room and in basement room). The basement room was great, PAC man machine, dart board, TV and comfy bean bags we spent most of our time down there as a family, in the 27 degree heat we had this weekend, it was so cool and relaxing. Windermere centre was less than 5 mins walk and bowness was a 20 ISH minute walk, although you could take the car or get the bus. Great house, great stay, pricing for stay was reasonable, although staying in Windermere is always pricey.

Very good location. Updated bathrooms and rooms. Clean and well kept. The instructions and suggestions for the wifi and local restaurants and walks, on a large card on the dining table, were very useful.

Gorgeous property. Fabulous location. Not bad value. Directions and details of keys etc were amazingly clear and precise. Basement was a lovely treat🥰 Clean. Modern. Warm. Comfortable beds. Nice shower.
