Very comfortable and cozy. The house was well equipped. About 15mins walk from Bowness and local shops and restaurants.

Great location. Bus stop at end of road with buses to Windermere and through to Grasmere. Short walk to Bowness-on-Windermere and lake shore. Bonus box room - helpful to store luggage or a baby’s cot. Kitchen well equipped and with a variety of glasses.

The property had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The beds were very comfortable, the sitting room cosy and the kitchen well equipped. Situated between Windermere and Bowness the cottage is within walking distance of both. will certainly visit again.
