A beautiful location, with views over Lake Windermere. Staff were very welcoming, polite and attentive. While we didn’t have the best room for a view, we had an incredibly comfy bed, lovely soft white towels in our on-suite. The views from the front windows were gorgeous a beautiful bar area, with views of the Lake. Food was delicious and plenty of it.

Lovely location opposite Brockhole and amazing views of lake and mountains. Good choice of breakfast items, freshly cooked and served. Friendly staff and nice evening meal. Room was clean and well equipped. Scenic walk from behind the hotel towards Ambleside.

Me and my son stayed one night in the best season of the UK. The hotel is surrounded by hydrangea. It was marvelous beyond the words. The staff are enthusiastic and deco are gorgeous.
