The bed was comfy, room was very clean, the view was lovely, the breakfast was really yum and Pam (the hostess) was very helpful, happy and kind.

We had a warm welcome, the hostess was so lovely and helpful. We were so impressed with how clean it was, absolutely spotless! The triple room we stayed in was fantastic, with a privacy curtain and separate TV in the single bed area. Breakfast was lush! The location is walking distance to Windermere and to Bowness in the opposite direction. Close to bus stops if the hill from Bowness is too steep.
