The lodge as a whole was perfect, me and my friends were not expecting it to be as amazing as it was! The lodge was in a perfect and beautiful location and had amazing views of the countryside and the aircraft flying low over the property! It was a perfect get away!

Beautiful lodge in a 5 star park, helped by the amazing creation surrounding it. Lodge is well equipped throughout, warm and comfortable. I have 2 less than positive observations, I trust the feedback is helpful: 1. Emptying bins and laundering beds is a tall order for a 10am exit especially for disabled guests. I would suggest this might be an ask for abled body guests rather than an expectation of all guests. Feels inherently discriminatory. Policies need to be viewed from the eyes of others. 2. Steps up to lodge are extremely steep so much so that my mobility impaired mother ended up on all 4’s trying to enter for the first time…we learned! The treads are above the legal threshold I suspect. I intentionally booked a lodge for ease of access. The steps to access should be clearly pointed out.

The facilities were exceptional with plenty of space for a group booking. The dishwasher had broke the day were to arrive but was resolved and fixed before we got there. Had a great long weekend, was very relaxing in a beautiful lodge!
