Really comfy sofa and good kitchen walking distance to the beach and with an onsite clubhouse which was handy. We were short on gas but the owner sorted that quickly and made checking in fairly easy with key collection

When we arrived at the caravan park we soon realised that booking.com had made a huge error and only booked us one caravan ( the same one twice !) instead of two . The staff were amazing at finding another caravan for us to stay in , even though they was fully booked the cleaners and maintenance got us a brand new carvan ready that wasn’t supposed to be used for another week, and reception helped us get our refund back from booking.com. We then was to realise that it would have actually been cheaper to book through the caravan park itself rather than booking.com and won’t be using booking.com ever again. But Winchelsea sands park team were amazing !

Quiet and nice place, perfect for relaxing and walking to the beautiful souronding nature. Park Holiday staff helpful and friendly. The caravan was clean and comfortable. Fair for the price. We definitely enjoyed our break, and we will back.
