I loved this place it was amazing and so glad I went for it - I was on my own most of the time but I don’t care - had some lovely walks and chill time

Location was excellent with buses to both Rye and Hastings easily accessible. Parking outside property good. The New Inn 2 minutes walk away with good Sunday Lunch and very friendly hosts. Winchelsea is a very historic and interesting town with beautiful homes and gardens, a celebrity, Spike Milligan, laid to rest in the churchyard and being a Cinque Port many tales of smugglers and daring do! Ten minute drive to Winchelsea Beach and Pett Level where the Military Canal (Wellington and Napoleonic Wars) starts. No need to describe Rye as it is always wonderful and we know it well.

Lovely, cosy and bright. Local pub served fantastic food. Great walks from around Winchelsea and the facilities were ideal for four adults.
