Lodges Overview

Green View Lodges are family-run accommodation located in the village of Welton, 14.6 km from Carlisle. The pet-friendly accommodation features a leisure suite sauna and a hot tub. Keswick is 22 km away.

At the front of the lodge there is a south-west facing raised timber deck with outdoor furniture and a garden area.

These three-bedroom lodges have 2 double bedrooms and a third bedroom with a zip and link bed which is made up as a super-king bed, but can also be made up as 2 single beds on request. The third bedroom also has an additional single bed. There is a main bathroom with an electric shower over the bath, and a separate shower room. The open-plan kitchen/diner is fully equipped including fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. There is also a washer/dryer. The living area has a TV with Freeview and a DVD player. The Hayloft cottage has 1 bedroom upstairs with a king size bed, TV and DVD player and a double sofa bed downstairs in the lounge. The sofa bed is suitable for up to 2 adults. There is a separate bathroom upstairs with an electric shower over the bath. The South-west facing patio has a hot tub, sheltered under a gazebo for year round use, a BBQ and outdoor furniture.

First impressions on pulling in were great — the place felt super inviting right away. Peaceful setting, clean and cozy lodge, and friendly hosts. The hot tub was a treat, and the farm animals added a lovely touch.

Lovely lodge. Had everything we needed in lovely setting. We were let down by other accomodation and they accommodated us at last minute i.e. within a couple of hours. This allowed us to attend a festival so we didn't miss out on tickets we had paid for and they saved my 8 year old son from being disappointed on his birthday weekend. They left delicious lemon cake to welcome us to lodge and milk. Check in was easy and all instructions or information about the lodge was available in lodge and easy to access so all our questions were answered. As it was last minute we didn't bring our costumes but the hot tub and sauna on site also looked great and the kids loved the animals. Even better that you can also bring dogs. Thanks for a great stay and saving our weekend
