Stayed over for just the one night, communication with Alison was excellent and I made her aware of our expected time of arrival. On arrival Alison met us and the room was ready for use. Alison greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome and showed us the room and facilities. The accommodation is perfect for a B&B, separate door access to the accommodation, private bathroom and a bedroom with a very comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities and a dining table where Alison brings you breakfast too, at a time of your choosing. A simple breakfast form to complete and it was off to adventure. On our return Alison and Peter were sat outside enjoying the amazing views from their garden and we chatted for a while before retiring. After a good nights sleep we enjoyed a lovely breakfast and Alison made sure all of our wishes were met. We will absolutely return the next time we want to explore the area more, beautiful peaceful setting.

Ideal location for a short walk into Whitby. Host Ali was amazing, as was her breakfast. Own private patio area for a glass of wine, room was a great size and everything lovely, clean and comfortable. Private parking made it all very easy. Would definitely recommend 5*

Excellent base for touring area. 30 minute walk straight into Whitby along a clear walkway. Whitby Centre 5 minutes by car.
