Very comfortable stay, lovely, large, well appointed and clean en-suite room. Friendly, welcoming hosts. Excellent, well cooked breakfast. Easy 10 - 15 minute walk through the park to the town centre and station, and 20 minute walk to Whitby Abbey.

The room and community areas were very clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect. Not quite in the centre of the busy district but very much within walking distance. The hosts Julia and Paul were helpful, friendly and very accommodating. They made our stay even more special. The breakfasts were always amazing. We stayed four nights in July 2025 and would definitely go back and/or recommend.

Great location. Short walk to town centre or West Cliff. Parked directly outside. It is on a busy road opposite a petrol station, but although it was quite noisy in the day (the window was open because of the heat), I slept really well. Warm welcome and a great breakfast. Very clean. Would definitely return.
