Breakfasts were excellent good choice served hot with cereals,fresh fruit available along with toast marmalade jam Choice of tea coffee fruit juice

The location was perfect, car parking was less than 5 minute walk away and was free for our stay with the permit provided. The bus stop was immediately opposite the Guest House and we used the bus for getting around to Whitby / Scarborough. We had a room with a balcony which gave lovely view down onto Robin Hoods Bay. Fresh milk was provided along with the tea/coffee which was a really nice extra, along with bottled water and biscuits. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and really well cooked. The family hosts Neil, Michelle & Robyn were very friendly and welcoming and made it a perfect stay.
